Houses are very well insulated with polystyrene foam with low thermal conductivity coefficient (0.031) and heated with very good quality modern bifunctional gas cookers, so you get precise control over operating and heating costs.

Each house is equipped with an uninsulated attic with a floor area of approximately 40m2, which can be used as storage space. The attic hatch - a staircase lowered from the ceiling - is located in the hall.
